Recruitment Consultant
Momentum Consulting Group LLC is seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of entry-level Recruitment Consultant based in our New York City office. If you are a recent graduate or early in your HR/Recruitment career, this would be an amazing job for you!
As a Recruitment Consultant within the Momentum team you will undertake a development program to transition you into this new role/career.
Your core responsibilities will be to
- Utilize research, referrals and other leads to identify key candidates who are relevant to our open vacancies
- Source and interview potential candidates through various resources (Applicants, Monster, LinkedIn, our internal database)
- Qualify and match candidates to client searches
- Manage clients and candidates through all stages of the interview/hiring process by adhering to company best practices
- Participate in daily and weekly team meetings
The successful applicant will have the following key attributes
- Bachelor’s degree in HR is preferred but relevant experience will be considered in lieu
- Highly motivated, tenacious and a strong team player
- Results-focused, highly driven and the ability to make decisions without direction
- Previous experience in a business to business sales, telesales, or other relative competitive environments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills,
