Recruitment Consultant – Public Relations
As a Recruitment Consultant for Momentum Consulting LLC your primary focus will be to develop an existing portfolio of PR firms along with developing new opportunities within this arena.
Having already established yourself in recruitment within the PR & Communication space you will be looking for new opportunity where you can maximise your career and extend your earning potential.
Your core responsibilities will be to
- Business Development: seek new businesses and generate leads
- Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients
- Utilize research, referrals and other leads to identify key candidates who are relevant our open vacancies
- Source and interview potential candidates through various resources (Applicants, Monster, LinkedIn, our internal database)
- Qualify and match candidates to client searches
- Manage clients and candidates through all stages of the interview/hiring process by adhering to company best practices
- Participate in daily and weekly team meetings
The successful applicant will have the following key attributes
- Highly motivated, tenacious and a strong team player
- Results focused, highly driven and the ability to make decisions without direction
- Previous experience in the Public Relations/Communication space
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills,
